The print edition is available in paperback now (294 pages) from for $12.99.

The eBook edition is available from for the Kindle, or in lots of other formats for $4.99. They include pdf, epub, mobi (for Kindle), lrf (a format for older Sony readers), pdb ( a format for Palm OS devices), and a plain text file.

By far the preferred file to choose is a PDF or an EPUB, because all the links work, both internal (to navigate around the book) and external (especially the Endnote references). And all the pictures are in color.

If you don’t have Adobe Reader to read the pdf, you can download it free here.

Even the Amazon Kindle will play a PDF file (which I recommend over a .mobi file). For more information, click here.
