The print edition is available in paperback now (294 pages) from Amazon.com for $12.99.
The eBook edition is available from Amazon.com for the Kindle, or Smashwords.com in lots of other formats for $4.99. They include pdf, epub, mobi (for Kindle), lrf (a format for older Sony readers), pdb ( a format for Palm OS devices), and a plain text file.
By far the preferred file to choose is a PDF or an EPUB, because all the links work, both internal (to navigate around the book) and external (especially the Endnote references). And all the pictures are in color.
